How the racing works
Every Deadly Dozen race pairs timed runs with strength stations, scored on one clock, and every one of them runs on bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and weight plates — no proprietary machines, no specialist skills. That is what lets the same standard hold in 35 countries at once.
Gym races
12 official formats, each with a shorter sprint version, run inside a host gym. Judging happens in the series' app, so results upload straight to the live leaderboards.
Track races
The flagship events — a full day on a track. These are what the series is known for internationally.
World Championships
The season's end point. The 5–6 September 2026 edition is at the National Sports Centre, Crystal Palace, London, with a £120,000 prize fund and capacity for 3,280 athletes.
Racing in the United States
Bodify Events Management LLC is building the host-gym network in Texas first, and gym races begin as venues come online — so there is no fixed US calendar yet. The first Deadly Dozen track race in the US is targeted for early 2027.
Dates are posted here and sent by text to anyone who has asked for them. That is the fastest way to hear when registration opens.
Standing policy: no refunds, no deferrals on event registration.
