Text messaging (SMS) information

If you submit your phone number and check a consent box on this site, we collect your phone number and the specific consent you gave (event/race-day updates, promotional updates, or texts about an inquiry you sent us), along with the timestamp and exact disclosure text you agreed to. This text messaging originator opt-in data and consent record is treated as its own category of information, separate from general contact information, and is used only to operate the text messaging program described at sign-up. The IP address and browser information collected at the moment you sign up are stored only in our consent ledger, as proof of consent, and are never shared with the SMS or CRM provider.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories — IP address, browser type, and similar — exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
